Information

This class is a fun, low-key introduction to basic Judo. Classes will cover falling, throwing and ground work techniques, as well as stretching and strengthening exercises. Students will be introduced to both Kata (form) and Shiai (competition) techniques. The class is suitable for students of all ages and athletic backgrounds.

Saturdays from 11:30am - 12:45pm

Fees

Cost: $85 per session (10 week) plus new student enrollment fee. New student enrollment fee includes Annual Membership Fees for Tohkon ($35 single membership, $50 family membership) and a National Judo Organization.

New students should wear long sweat pants and a sweat shirt (no snaps or zippers). Some loaner gis are available.
